Our Next Wine Dinner and Cooking Class

Saturday July 24th at 9:30 AM
Chef Laurent will be demonstrating a 3 course meal which will include the cleaning and preparation of Shrimp & Fresh Whole Lobster. Followed by a roast of Lamb and a
"3 Chocolate" Cake.
This is a hands on demonstration which starts with coffee and French breakfast pastries in the morning, preparation of the meal, then a sit-down with the chef to feast on the fruits of your labor.

Cost: $65 per person, reservations required.

Chef's Dinner with Wine

The theme for out July wine dinner is to focus on Chef Laurent's Cooking followed by wine pairings. We have had much success putting the Chef on the spot as well a pairing unique wines to his creations. A menu is still in debate and will be posted soon as well as the wines to be paired (usually old world).
 $65 per person (not including tax & Gratuity)
